Shares (corporations only)

Florida Secretary of State filing fees are based upon the initial capitalization amount. For this purpose, no-par shares are evaluated at $1 per share. We recommend 25,000 no-par shares. State Filing Fee Chart:

If you are forming a Corporation we provide the Initial Director for the filing and provide you with the resignation of that Director when we ship your corporate documents. You then elect your own Board of Directors. A minimum of One (1) director must be elected.

If you ordered the Deluxe Package with Tool Kit:

• You authorize us to form a Florida Corporation/LLC according to the preceding instructions.

• You authorize us to charge your credit card with the total package price determined by adding the following items as applicable:

1. $725 package basic price.
2. If applicable, additional state filing fee as indicated in the state filing fee chart shown above under "SHARES".
3. Other miscellaneous fees as indicated on the pricing schedule and ordered in the "Other Matters" field above.
4. An international surcharge of $50 (for Non-US Residents).

If you ordered the Professional Package:

• You authorize us to form a Florida Corporation/LLC according to the preceding instructions.

• You authorize us to charge your credit card with the total package price determined by adding the following items as applicable:

1. $350 package basic price.
2. If applicable, additional state filing fee as indicated in the state filing fee chart shown above under "SHARES".
3. Other miscellaneous fees as indicated on the pricing schedule and ordered in the "Other Matters" field above.
4. An international surcharge of $50 (for Non-US Residents).

 

We render the following services:

If you ordered the Complete Office Package:

• Prepare and file articles of incorporation with the Secretary of State and pay the required fees.
• Obtain corporate charter and stamped/filed articles of incorporation/LLC and forward them to you via Fed-Ex Ground.
• Retain copies of corporate charter and articles of incorporation; serve as your resident agent for one year from the date of filing of your articles of incorporation; and provide timely notification in advance of filing your annual report.
• Provide office and staff in Brooksville, Florida
• File your initial list of officers, directors and agent, or member/manager.
• Obtain your federal tax identification number. This can occasionally take up to ten days.
• Provide you with a corporate kit.
• Arrange for local business telephone service.
• Voicemail system with distinct Nevada telephone number.
• Receive and forward mail according to your instructions.
• Provide additional services/goods as ordered by you.
• International clients will have additional shipping charges.
• Non US Clients will be charged $50.00USD International Surcharge plus applicable Courier Charges for the shipment of your documents.

If you ordered the Deluxe Package with Tool Kit:
