Deluxe Corporation Package - $350

Everything you need to set up, organize and keep your corporation on track. In addition to filing your corporate documents, all the corporate management tools are included. Your corporate kit is professionally packaged in an attractive binder and slipcase. The kit includes share certificates, a transfer ledger, preprinted minutes, and an official corporate seal.

This package includes a Resident Agent Fee for your initial filing period and reminder service to file your annual report:

• expedited Federal Tax Identification Number (EIN),

• mail forwarding for IRS and official mail only,

Our most comprehensive corporation Package even includes the fee for filing your first annual report with the State of Florida as well as our Resident Agent services for your corporation (up to 28 months).
